I forgot my promised to write everyday. I was actually very busy these last few days. I had a group meeting for my uni's project, I did some groceries, I went to uni from monday to friday (hectic schedule), went to my friend's bday bash, did some meal-prep and also visited my hostparent's house to teach them how to make soup and also had some dinner there.
This is baked salmon made by my host mother. We really had a lovely time :) The last time I've seen her was a month ago, so I really happy to meet her.
This is my meal-prep for these week. I finished all of the food by last Thursday and i feel very grateful to do this prepping things, because it is really save my time.
I also cooked No Pastry Vegetables Quiche that I got the recipe from Vegetarian Nosh for Students book, although i kind of changed the recipe a bit. It was quite easy to make this no pastry quiche and you don't need a lot of ingredients. I want to share the recipe here but i dont think I have the copyright. I also managed to read some new cooking books :
I really adore Ella Woodward, I've open her website quite often to get some inspiration or just to look at her new recipes. She is a true food master. Most of her recipe are 100 natural, plant-based, dairy- free and gluten-free.
I knew Madeleine Shaw from my host mother. My host mother is a healthy person. She eat very healthy (clean-eating) and do a lot of exercises; Yoga, Running, Cycling. When I met my host mother for soap-making, she told me about Madeleine Shaw and her Instagram account. I haven't started to read her book but I think I will like her too as much as I adore Ella :)
